Christian Waggoner has been an artist since he could lift a paint-brush, A local boy, born and bred in Atlanta, Christian made his mark early in his career when, under the tutorship of Wayland Moore his photo-realistic style drew attention from some major corporations in the South and for the next 10 years worked almost entirely producing high profile commissions including impressive paintings of the sports celebrities in the Olympic games in Atlanta.
In Spring 2005 Christian opened the ‘Juliette Gallery’ driven by a desire to exhibit and sell his own work. He loves the fact he can connect personally with his customers, a privilege he says, has driven his art to new levels in both production and creativity. Most days he can be found painting in the back of the gallery immersed in his painting whilst his eclectic taste in music plays in the background.

“Opening the gallery has served as an inspiration, getting constant feedback has enabled me to produce the pieces that folk appreciate and enjoy and has allowed me to develop in ways that would not have been possible if I was locked away in a studio, I have real relationships with my clients”. Some of these are celebrities, baseball great, Hank Aaron and ‘Blue Collar’ comedian Ron White have helped him get noticed.**
Christian is available to produce specific pieces for designers and client commissioned portraits but the range of his work is huge, loving music and good wine his pieces reflect these interests and work is as diverse as the grand canal in Venice, martini shakers, violins and silver teapots adorn the walls of his gallery. He has recently developed his own original range of silverware paintings, and can customize a favorite piece of silverware reflecting your most intimate family scene or original dÈcor, in fact Christian Waggoner can paint almost anything!
